The Bower

The Bower is a new landmark quarter in the heart of London’s tech-hub – Old Street – that promises to improve the area with 330,000 sq ft of regenerated office and retail space. We were asked by Helical Bar and Crosstree Real Estate Partners to name the scheme, create its brand identity and marketing.

We wanted to promote this landmark scheme in a way that engaged the local community and built awareness through authentic interactions and conversations.

We first created a bold and visually relevant brand - ‘The Bower’. We then created ‘The Mood Stream’, an interactive installation that engages with the tech-savvy local community via Twitter and embodies the areas open-minded spirit. The brand identity was built around this technology innovation, incorporating the computer generated patterns and visuals into the identity.
