The Brief

Metron are MEP consultants whose expertise is essential for buildings to function, perform and endure. Their work sits behind walls, above ceilings and beneath floors. Hidden in plain sight, it’s rarely celebrated and often overlooked. The brief was to reposition Metron, to hero the precision, intelligence and long-term thinking that define their engineering. They wanted to be seen as dynamic and creatively driven, distinct from the conventional perception of MEP consultants, while remaining true to their straight-talking approach and commitment to future-proofing buildings to perform at their best.

The Solution

We began with a brand positioning workshop, defining three core values as part of the strategy: quietly intelligent, straight-talking and actively engaged. From this foundation, we developed a bold, unapologetic identity that reflects both their clarity of communication and depth of expertise. The rebrand celebrates the hidden layers of their work, bringing technical detail to the forefront by incorporating physical elements and specification language into the visual and verbal identity. The result is a confident brand with clear messaging, positioning Metron as forward-thinking leaders within their industry.
