The Brief

Corep had grown into a group of companies covering tenant representation, technical services, global occupier support, and flexible office consultancy. While this expansion strengthened their offer, it also created a fragmented story: overlapping names, separate sub brands, and a complex relationship with the international NAI network. The brief was to bring everything back into a single brand that makes sense to occupiers — clarifying how services fit together, sharpening their point of difference, and giving the team a platform for growth in London and beyond.
