Work Process About

London Square, one of the capital’s most established residential developers and now backed by Aldar, came to us for summer 2026 to reach high-net-worth Gulf buyers with a single, brand-led campaign: one story, one invitation, a whole collection of London homes.

The Brief

Each London Square development had always been sold on its own merits. That works for a single scheme; it’s less effective when competing for the attention of an international audience with seconds to give you. London Square wanted to reposition itself as curator and guide, presenting three luxury developments as one collection, with the Bruton Place, Mayfair showroom as its gateway. The campaign had to land fast in the GCC market, feel unmistakably premium, and avoid every postcard cliché.

The Solution

We built a macro-to-micro campaign in both English and Arabic: open on an iconic London view to capture attention, then move quickly to the homes and a clear invitation to Bruton Place. One line holds it together: “Iconic London. Beautifully in Focus.” Editorial art direction and a restrained, modern-luxury palette keep the work assured rather than touristic, with Aldar’s backing as a quiet mark of assurance. The campaign ran across in-flight, OOH, web and transport formats directing the audience to a dedicated landing page.

A refined motion system centred on a rotating frame device created a distinctive visual language across print and digital. Flexible enough to adapt across every touchpoint, it gave the campaign a consistent, recognisable presence throughout the roll-out.

The brand language, art direction and campaign materials centred on an exclusive invitation to a rarer side of London – one defined by quiet confidence, timeless elegance and privileged access.
